Terms of service

These terms apply to the Euro Furniture Design online store operated by OÜ IDhome.

Effective date: 22 September 2026.

1. General conditions

1.1 These terms govern purchases through eurofurnituredesign.com, operated by OÜ IDhome, trading as Euro Furniture Design (the Seller). Registry code: 14874375. VAT number: EE102217982. Address: Peterburi tee 46, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Customer support: info@eurofurnituredesign.com, +372 5600 3800.

1.2 Consumer rights in these terms apply to individuals purchasing outside their trade, business or profession. Businesses may also order, but consumer-only rights, including the statutory cooling-off period, do not apply to business purchases.

1.3 Products are supplied by our manufacturing partners. The Seller remains responsible to the consumer for the conformity of the goods with the contract; using a manufacturer or delivery partner does not remove that responsibility.

1.4 Product prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. The final price, taxes, delivery charges and any agreed additional charges are shown before the order is confirmed. Changes published later do not change an existing contract.

1.5 Product photographs illustrate the design and finish. Colours can vary with screen settings, lighting and natural materials. Please check the selected model, dimensions, materials and finish before ordering. These notes do not exclude rights where goods do not match the agreed description.

1.6 Website text, images, logos and other materials belong to the Seller or their respective rights holders. Commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.

1.7 Updated terms apply to orders placed after their publication, without changing the terms of orders already concluded.

2. Placing an order

2.1 Select the product and its configuration, add it to the cart, and provide accurate contact and delivery details. You can review and correct the cart and your details before confirming the order. Please contact us before payment if a finish, specification, delivery service or access requirement is unclear.

2.2 The sales contract is concluded when the full order payment has been received by the Seller or confirmed by the payment provider. We acknowledge the order by email and provide the contract and order information on a durable medium, normally email, no later than delivery.

2.3 Many products are ordered from the manufacturer or configured to your selections and are not held in local stock. Availability and estimated delivery times are shown on the product page or confirmed individually. A made-to-order lead time alone does not determine whether the statutory right of withdrawal applies; see clause 5.2.

2.4 If an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly to agree an available alternative or revised timing. If no alternative is agreed, the affected order will be cancelled and the amount paid for it refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days.

2.5 Products with different lead times are normally delivered together. An earlier partial delivery must be agreed separately, including any additional charge before that service is arranged.

2.6 By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorised to make the purchase. Notify us promptly if any order or delivery information needs correcting.

3. Payment

3.1 Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout for your order and market. An invoice or bank-transfer arrangement is available only if separately agreed with our sales team. We do not promise a payment provider, instalment option or cash service that is not offered for the order.

3.2 If paying an agreed invoice by bank transfer, use the order or invoice number as the payment reference and follow the payment instructions on that invoice.

3.3 Order processing begins after the required payment is received or confirmed. Goods are not handed over before full payment unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed.

3.4 Promotional codes are subject to their published eligibility and combination rules. A discount can reduce the amount that qualifies for free delivery: that threshold is assessed after discounts, as described in clause 4.2.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery is arranged through transport partners. Estimates depend on the brand, model, configuration, availability and destination. Refer to the product information and our Delivery page for current brand estimates; your order manager will confirm the schedule. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a date is expressly agreed.

4.2 Standard delivery to eligible mainland destinations in the 24 countries listed on the Delivery page costs €150 including VAT for an items subtotal below €1,500 and is free for an items subtotal of €1,500 or more. The qualifying subtotal includes VAT, is calculated after all discounts and excludes delivery charges.

4.3 Standard delivery is to the building entrance or front door. Carry-in, upper-floor delivery and assembly are not included. Islands, remote regions, other countries and additional services require an individual quote agreed before ordering.

4.4 Delivery is made to the address supplied for the order and to the customer or an authorised recipient. Please tell us about access restrictions or special requirements before ordering.

4.5 Check the packaging on delivery, record visible damage with the carrier and take photographs. If goods are damaged, contact info@eurofurnituredesign.com promptly and retain the packaging. We ask for transport damage to be reported within three days to assist the carrier claim; this request does not shorten mandatory consumer rights.

4.6 The Seller handles claims for transport damage and non-conforming goods in accordance with applicable law. Further delivery arrangements are set out in our Shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1 A consumer purchasing at a distance normally has 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. The statutory rules on when this period starts apply where an order is delivered in several parts.

5.2 The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods where the legal exception applies. An item is not excluded simply because it is ordered from a supplier or has a production lead time. Ask us before ordering if you need clarification about a particular configuration.

5.3 To withdraw, send a clear notice to info@eurofurnituredesign.com or to the Seller’s postal address, identifying yourself and the order. A particular form or a reason is not required. See our Right of withdrawal page.

5.4 Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for the appropriate return arrangements and address before dispatch. The customer bears the direct return transport cost where disclosed before purchase, except where the Seller is responsible for a defect, delivery error or other case required by law. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the applicable return transport cost or estimate must be disclosed before the contract is concluded. If the required information was not provided, the consumer does not bear those costs where the law so provides.

5.5 You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You can be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Pack returns securely with their parts and accessories. Original or equivalent protective packaging is recommended; missing packaging does not by itself remove the statutory right to withdraw.

5.6 In accordance with our Refund policy, refunds are made without undue delay and within five working days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to our right to withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first, unless we have agreed to collect the goods. We use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without a fee to you. Statutory reimbursement includes the cost of the least expensive standard outward delivery; any extra cost of a more expensive delivery choice need not be reimbursed.

5.7 Further return arrangements are set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming goods.

6. Complaints and conformity

6.1 For consumer sales, the Seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery. A lack of conformity appearing within one year is presumed to have existed at delivery unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.

6.2 Notify the Seller within two months of discovering a defect. Send your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs to info@eurofurnituredesign.com. We respond to written complaints within 15 days.

6.3 Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. A manufacturer’s commercial warranty, if offered, is separate from and does not reduce the consumer’s statutory rights against the Seller.

6.4 Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use or care, and damage caused by unauthorised modifications are not manufacturing defects merely because they occur after purchase. This does not exclude a claim where the goods were already non-conforming or the Seller is otherwise liable under law.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

7.1 Please send complaints first to info@eurofurnituredesign.com or by post to OÜ IDhome, Peterburi tee 46, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia, so we can seek a resolution.

7.2 If no agreement is reached, an eligible consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee, Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia; avaldus@komisjon.ee; +372 620 1707. Cross-border EU consumers may also seek help from the European Consumer Centre network. The right to bring a claim before a competent court is unaffected.

7.3 Estonian law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law that applies in their country of habitual residence.
