Right of withdrawal
For eligible online consumer purchases, you can withdraw from your contract without giving a reason. Use the button below to open your secure order page and request cancellation before dispatch or a return after dispatch.
Sign in with the email address used for your order. No password is needed.
How to send your request
- Open your order and select the item or items concerned.
- Choose the cancellation or return action shown for the order.
- Review the details and submit your request. Keep the confirmation for your records.
If your order or the action is not shown, you can still send a clear withdrawal notice to info@eurofurnituredesign.com. Include your name, order number, the items concerned and your email address. You do not need to provide a reason.
Your withdrawal period
For eligible goods, notify us within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. Where one order is delivered in parts, the period starts after receipt of the last item. You can also notify us before delivery. Mandatory extensions and consumer rights remain applicable.
Returning the goods
After notifying us, return eligible goods within 14 days. Contact us for the correct return address and transport instructions. The buyer arranges and bears direct return costs where disclosed before purchase, except where the law requires otherwise, including applicable remedies for defective goods.
Pack the goods securely with the supplied parts and accessories. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of exercising a statutory withdrawal right. Handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may result in responsibility for diminished value.
Refunds and exceptions
For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is due within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or you supply evidence of return, whichever happens first. Refunds normally use the original payment method and include the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law.
Goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded where the law provides. Ordering from a standard range or buying a discounted item does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights.
