01

Purchase and order conditions

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through eurofurnituredesign.com from OÜ IDhome, trading as Euro Furniture Design. Product information, availability and prices may be updated before an order is submitted. Once an order is accepted, the terms applicable at the time of the order form part of the contract.

If an ordered item is unavailable or a price or product detail is clearly incorrect because of a technical or data error, the online store may cancel the affected order. The customer will be informed and any amount already paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

02

Shopping and payment

The shopping cart can be changed until the order is submitted. Before confirming an order, the customer is responsible for checking the products, quantities, delivery details and contact information.

Payment methods shown at checkout may include bank links, payment cards, bank transfer and instalment solutions, depending on the customer’s market and the available payment providers. Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise shown and include applicable taxes. The standard VAT rate in Estonia is 24% where that rate applies to the transaction.

If payment is not received within three business days for an order that requires advance payment, the online store may cancel the order.

03

Order fulfilment and delivery

Order processing begins after the required payment or payment authorisation has been received. Delivery is made to the address supplied by the customer. The delivery method and expected timing depend on product availability, destination and the transport service selected or agreed for the order.

Delivery to another recipient may be arranged when the customer provides the necessary delivery details and instructions. Customers should check the delivery information carefully and notify the online store promptly if there is a problem with the shipment.

04

Right of withdrawal and returns

A consumer entering into a distance contract generally has 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions apply, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods.

To withdraw, the consumer should send a clear notice to the online store. The goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods where this was communicated before purchase.

The consumer may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would normally be possible in a physical shop. The consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond that level.

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. For returned goods, the online store may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the consumer provides evidence that they have been sent back. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.

05

Complaints and conformity

For consumer sales, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery. A lack of conformity that arises within one year after supply is presumed to have existed at the time of supply unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.

The consumer should notify the seller of a lack of conformity within two months after becoming aware of it. A written complaint should include the customer’s contact details, order or proof-of-purchase information, a description of the issue and the remedy requested. The online store will respond to a written complaint within 15 days.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect care, accidental damage or normal wear that is not a lack of conformity.

06

Processing of personal data

Personal data provided when browsing, ordering or contacting the online store is processed for purposes such as order administration, payment, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations. Data may be shared with service providers such as payment and logistics partners when necessary for those purposes.

Marketing communications are sent only where permitted by applicable law, and recipients can use the available opt-out methods. Customers may exercise the rights available to them under applicable data-protection law. More information about the categories of data, legal bases, retention and rights is provided in the store’s Privacy Policy.

07

Contact and complaints

Questions about orders, returns or complaints can be sent to the store contact email or raised by phone. Please include the order number and enough information for the issue to be identified and handled efficiently.

The online store operator is OÜ IDhome, registry code 14874375, VAT number EE102217982, with registered address at Peterburi tee 46, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Euro Furniture Design is the trading name used for the online store.

08

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and consumer contracts made through the online store are governed by Estonian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s country of residence.

A consumer should first submit the complaint to the online store and allow the trader an opportunity to resolve it. If the trader does not respond within 15 days or no agreement is reached, an eligible consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. Cross-border EU consumers may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre network. The right to bring a claim before a competent court is not affected.

Consumer dispute resolution

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. If no agreement is reached, an eligible consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. Cross-border EU consumers may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre network. This does not limit a consumer’s right to use the courts.
