Delivery

Our estimated delivery times are:

• Desiree: 6–8 weeks
• LeComfort: 6–8 weeks
• Cattelan Italia: 10–12 weeks
• Pedrali: 2–6 weeks
• Castro Lighting: 4–6 weeks
• ALF Italia: 2–3 weeks

These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed arrival dates. The schedule depends on the selected model, configuration, availability and destination. Your personal order manager will confirm the timing for your order and keep you informed through to delivery.

Pedrali production times: selected series have manufacturing lead times of 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks, as indicated in the relevant product description and manufacturer’s availability tables. Manufacturing time is separate from delivery time: it does not mean the product will arrive within that period. The general estimated delivery window for Pedrali is 2–6 weeks.

Standard delivery includes transport to the building entrance or front door. It does not include carrying goods inside, delivery to upper floors or furniture assembly.

Additional services such as carry-in, floor delivery or assembly can be arranged separately. Contact us before ordering or as early as possible so we can prepare a personalised solution.

Our published shipping conditions apply to mainland territories only. Islands, remote regions and countries outside our standard delivery list may require separate arrangements and additional costs.

For smaller or non-standard items, we can also explore alternative courier options and, where possible, offer a lower delivery price.

Before signing for delivery, inspect the outer packaging for visible damage such as moisture, cuts, crushing or dirt. Ask the courier to record any visible damage and take clear photographs before opening the package.

For security, receiving the shipment in person is recommended. If you authorise a carrier to leave the order unattended, the risk of loss after that authorised delivery may be harder to document.

If a product appears defective or damaged in transit, photograph both the product and all packaging and keep the packaging materials for inspection.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that transport damage is reported within 3 days to help us handle the carrier claim efficiently. This reporting request does not limit any mandatory consumer rights for defective or non-conforming goods.

Eligible online consumer purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. Return transport and packaging requirements, exceptions for made-to-order goods and detailed refund conditions are explained in our Return policy.

When returning an item, protect it carefully with the original or equivalent transport packaging and include supplied parts and manuals.
