Marketing Pult — Privacy Policy

Marketing Pult is a private internal marketing dashboard operated by IDhome OÜ (trading as Euro Furniture Design, eurofurnituredesign.com), registry code 14874375, Peterburi tee 46, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. It is used only by our own marketing team to manage the social media accounts of our own e-commerce brands. This policy explains what data Marketing Pult processes when a social media account, including a Pinterest account, is connected to it.
Which accounts are connected
Only accounts of our own brands are connected, and only by the account owner through the official authorization flow of the platform (for example Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). We never ask for or store account passwords.
Data we process
- Basic profile information of the connected account (account name, ID).
- For Pinterest: the list of boards of our own account, so that a team member can choose where to publish a pin.
- Content we publish through the dashboard (images, titles, descriptions, links) and its publishing status.
- Access and refresh tokens issued by the platform after authorization.
Pinterest data
We call the Pinterest API each time the information is needed. Pinterest API data, including pin and board analytics, is displayed on request and is not stored by us. The only Pinterest data we keep is the encrypted access token and the IDs of our own boards. We do not collect or store data of other Pinterest users, do not combine Pinterest data with data from other services, and do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.
How we use the data
To publish content to the connected account after approval by a person, at the chosen time, and to show the performance of our own pins to our team.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our own server in the European Union. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by the dashboard. Access to the dashboard is limited to our team.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share platform data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account is connected. When an account is disconnected or its authorization is revoked, its tokens are deleted immediately and the related data is deleted within 30 days. The account owner can revoke access at any time in the platform's security settings.
