These sale conditions apply to purchases of goods and services from the eurofurnituredesign.com online store between the buyer as a private person (hereinafter referred to as: ‘the consumer’) and the administrator of the online store Euro Furniture Design OÜ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the online store’).
1. Purchase and Order Conditions
Only items marked with “Add to cart” can be purchased through the online store. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. If the consumer has placed an order before any updates, the terms valid at the time of the order apply.
Euro Furniture Design OÜ reserves the right to withdraw from a contract without penalty and not deliver an order if the product is out of stock, the price or product data has been displayed incorrectly due to a system error. In such cases, the consumer will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
2. Shopping and Payment
The shopping cart allows changes until the order is confirmed. After entering the shipping details and confirming the order, changes are no longer possible, and the cart is cleared.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include 24% VAT. If the order is not paid within 3 business days, the store may cancel it.
3. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Once payment is received, the order is processed the same day. Delivery is made to the address provided, at a mutually agreed time and depending on product availability. Delivery to a third party is possible only with the buyer’s written consent.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods or before the goods are shipped. The right of return does not apply to custom-made goods tailored to personal specifications.
Returned items must:
Be unused
Be in their original packaging
The consumer covers the return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request or proof must be provided that the return has been initiated.
In case of diminished value due to improper use, the consumer may be liable for compensation. To assess the product’s nature, only the kind of handling typical in a physical store is allowed.

Include: item name, order number, and bank account for the refund.
Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the return request or upon receipt of the returned goods.
5. Complaints and Warranty
If an item is defective or does not match the description, consumers may submit a complaint within 2 years of delivery. The burden of proof lies with the seller for the first 6 months, and with the buyer thereafter.
Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible, but not later than 2 months after discovery. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

If the product is defective, the consumer may:
Request repair or replacement
Request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if repair is not possible or causes undue inconvenience
The store is not liable for issues caused by improper use, care, or handling.
6. Processing of Personal Data

Euro Furniture Design OÜ is the controller of personal data on eurofurnituredesign.com.
6.2 What We Collect
Upon placing an order, we collect:

Email address
Phone number
Delivery/home address
This data is used for order fulfillment and delivery purposes and may be shared with logistics partners for that reason only.
6.3 Marketing
We may use your contact details to send marketing information, unless you opt out.
6.4 Rights
You may request to access, modify, or delete your data. You may also prohibit its use for marketing, except where necessary for order fulfillment or debt recovery.
6.5 Payment Security
Payments are processed via secure, encrypted communication. Your banking data is never accessible to the store.

8. Consumer Disputes Committee
