Delivery Time & Shipping

We deliver to the mainland areas of the following European countries:

Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Czech Republic (CZ), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE).

If your country is not listed or you require delivery to an island or a remote area, please contact our customer service for a personalized shipping offer.

Please note: All mentioned shipping conditions apply to the mainland territories only. Deliveries to islands or remote regions may require separate arrangements and additional costs.

Shipping Costs

• For orders under 1500€, the shipping fee is 150€ (including VAT).
• For orders from 1500€ and above, shipping is free.

All shipments are insured during transportation to guarantee the safety of your order.

Please note: Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the building entrance (to the front door). It does not include inside placement, delivery to upper floors, or furniture assembly.

• If you require additional services, such as bringing the goods inside, carrying to higher floors, or assembly, please contact us — we will be happy to offer personalized assistance and solutions.
• If you are considering purchasing a smaller or non-standard item and have concerns about shipping costs, please feel free to contact us.
• We will be happy to explore alternative delivery options (such as courier services) and, if possible, offer a reduced delivery price to find the best and most cost-effective solution for your needs.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and the availability of products:

• In-stock items are typically dispatched within 5 business days.
• Custom-made furniture and lighting generally require 4–8 weeks for production before dispatch.
