At EuroFurnitureDesign, we aim to provide a smooth, secure, and reliable delivery service across Europe. Below you will find our updated delivery terms and conditions.
Delivery Time & Shipping
We deliver to the mainland areas of the following European countries:
Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Czech Republic (CZ), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE).
If your country is not listed or you require delivery to an island or a remote area, please contact our customer service for a personalized shipping offer.
Please note: All mentioned shipping conditions apply to the mainland territories only. Deliveries to islands or remote regions may require separate arrangements and additional costs.
Shipping Costs
- For orders under 3000€, the shipping fee is 150€ (including VAT).
- For orders from 3000€ and above, shipping is free.
All shipments are insured during transportation to guarantee the safety of your order.
Please note: Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the building entrance (to the front door). It does not include inside placement, delivery to upper floors, or furniture assembly.
- If you require additional services, such as bringing the goods inside, carrying to higher floors, or assembly, please contact us — we will be happy to offer personalized assistance and solutions.
- If you are considering purchasing a smaller or non-standard item and have concerns about shipping costs, please feel free to contact us.
- We will be happy to explore alternative delivery options (such as courier services) and, if possible, offer a reduced delivery price to find the best and most cost-effective solution for your needs.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and the availability of products:
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 5 business days.
- Custom-made furniture and lighting generally require 4–8 weeks for production before dispatch.
Our customer service team is always ready to assist you in planning the most suitable and efficient delivery for your order.
Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, please check the packaging for external damage before signing the receipt. If you notice any damage (dirt, moisture, cuts), ask the courier to document it. Additionally, take clear photographs of the damaged packaging before opening the parcel. If the item was damaged during transport, you must file a claim within three days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence. Without documented proof of the condition of the packaging and item upon arrival, we may not be able to accept the claim.
For security, we recommend receiving the parcel in person. If you authorize the courier to leave it in a designated place and the package goes missing, we are not responsible for the loss.
Claims & Returns
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help.
Claims
If the product you received is defective or damaged during transportation:
- Take clear photos of both the product and its packaging.
- File a claim within three days of receiving the order using our claim form.
- Keep all original packaging materials for inspection.
- Our customer service team will review your case and contact you as soon as possible.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item if:
- The order has been canceled according to our terms and conditions.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, and product parts are included.
- The item is repacked in its original or equivalent shipping box. If the item was delivered on a pallet, it must be returned with the pallet.
- The goods must be returned to our head office in Estonia. All transport and insurance costs for the return
- of the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Discounted products with visual or functional defects that are indicated in the product description.
- If you return an item, you assume responsibility for any possible damage. Returns will not be accepted if the item was damaged after delivery unless proven otherwise.
Packaging Instructions for Returns
- To ensure safe returns, please follow these packaging instructions carefully:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All original parts, product packaging, and manuals must be included in the return shipment.
- The item must be packed in its original or equivalent shipping box.
- If you use the original packaging material, remove old shipping labels, stickers, and notes.
- Do not write or attach anything directly to the product packaging.
Fragile Items
- Use extra cushion material to prevent damage during transit.
- If possible, label the shipping box as “Fragile”.
Packaging & Sealing
- In addition to the product packaging, place the item inside a sturdy shipping box.
- Use a high-quality cardboard box.
- Ensure the item does not touch the walls of the box and has sufficient padding around it.
- Place extra packaging materials between the product packaging and the shipping box for a protective cushion.
- Reinforce the corners and sides of the box if needed.
- Use strong, clear tape to seal the package. Avoid using brown or colored tape, as it may damage the packaging.
- Seal all seams securely to prevent accidental opening during transit.
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes and misunderstandings will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
