Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes – every product photo on our site reflects the actual item you’ll receive. We work directly with renowned European brands and personally inspect each piece before it ships to ensure color, finish, and proportions match what you see online. Slight variations may occur due to natural materials (e.g., wood grain or leather patina), but these only add to the unique character and quality of your designer furniture.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt is sent automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. You can also log into My Account on our website and view or download all invoices under Orders. If you need another copy or have any questions, just email us at info@eurofurnituredesign.com or call +372 5600 3800.
How can I return an item?
If the product you received is defective or damaged during transportation:
1. Take clear photos of both the product and its packaging.
2. File a claim within three days of receiving the order using our claim form.
3. Keep all original packaging materials for inspection.
4. Our customer service team will review your case and contact you as soon as possible.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes – we regularly replenish our collection. If you see an item marked “Out of Stock,” click Add to wishlist on the product page to keep tracking it through My account.
